RESOLUTION NO. 676-01
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CITY CODE AMENDMENT TO
SECTION 1006.06 REGARDING DEVELOPMENT CONTROLS.
\VHEREAS, The City Code is vague regarding what types of projects require development
review by the Planning Commission and approval by the City Council; and,
WHEREAS, The City Code is vague regarding what types of projects require a
development contract; and,
\VHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the following documcnts regarding
this proposal:
a. Section 1006.06 of the City Code
b. Proposed Ordinance
c. Staff Rcport
\VHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission finds that the proposed amendment
satisfies thc conditions outlined in Chapter 1125 ofthc Zoning Code; and,
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission finds that the proposed amendment is
not in conflict with thc Mounds View Comprehensive Plan; and,
NO\V, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission
recommcnds approval of an amendment to Section 1006.06 Subdivision 2 and Subdivision 4 of
thc City Code as depicted in the attached proposed Ordinance.

to forward this resolution to the City Council prior to approval of the minutes.
