RESOLUTIO~ NO. 685-02
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CITY CODE AMENDlVIENT TO
SECTIO~ 1106.03 SUBD. l(a) REGARDING ACCESSORY STRliCTURES.
\VHEREAS, The maximum combined area allowed for accessory structures is not
sufficicnt Cor larger propertics within thc City; and,
\VIIEREAS, thc Planning Commission has reviewed the following documents regarding
this proposal:
a. Section 11 OCl.03 Subd. l(a) of the City Code
b. Proposed Ordinance
c. Staff Report
\VHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission finds that the proposed amendment
satisfies the conditions outlined in Chapter 1125 of the Zoning Code; and,
\VHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission finds that the proposed amendment is
not in conflict with the Mounds View Comprehensive Plan; and,
NO\\', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission
recommends appro\'al of an amendment to Section 1106.03 Subdivision l(a) of the City Code as
depicted in the attached proposed Ordinance.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission directs stall
to forward this resolution to the City Council prior to approval of the minutes,
