STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2018 REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, Municipal Code, Section 401.06, Subd 2 (Organization; Meetings) states
Regular meetings shall be held for the purposes of convening public hearings and conducting
business which requires a vote of the Planning and Zoning Commission. The Commission shall
hold at least one (1) regular meeting each month on a day and at a time and a place which the
Commission shall fix by resolution "; and,
WHEREAS, Planning Commission Bylaws, Section VI(A)(1) (Regular Meetings) states
Subject to the adopted meeting schedule, the Commission's regular meetings will occur on the
first and third Wednesdays of each month for the purpose of convening public hearings, making
recommendations to the City Council, conducting business which requires a vote of the
Commission, convening as the Board ofAdjustment and Appeals, conducting long-range
planning functions and other official business. "
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission adopts the
following Regular Meeting schedule, with all meetings beginning at 7:00 PM:

Feb 7, 2018 Jun 6, 2018
Feb 21, 2018 Jun 20, 2018
Mar 7, 2018
Mar 21, 2018 Jul 18, 2018

Apr 18, 2018 Aug 15, 2018
Adopted this 15th day of November, 2017
