a. Consider Resolution 5567 Approving Plans and Specifications, Advertising,
and Bid Date for Project 01-06, Edgewood Middle School Regional Pond. –

6. CONSENT AGENDA
a. Cancel Public Hearing Originally Scheduled for 7:15 pm, Monday, June 25,
2001 to Review the Proposed Comprehensive Plan, and Reschedule the
Public Hearing for 7:05 p.m., July 9, 2001.
b. Cancel Public Hearing Originally Scheduled for 7:20 pm, Monday, June 25,
2001 to Consider the Rezoning Request of Ernest Gustafson, 2525 County
Road I, and Reschedule the Public Hearing for 7:10 pm, July 9, 2001.
c. Cancel Public Hearing Originally Scheduled for 7:25 pm, Monday June 25,
2001 to Consider the Rezoning Request of the Mounds View Animal
Hospital, 2625 County Highway 10, and Reschedule the Public Hearing for
7:15 pm, July 9, 2001.

a. Resolution 5573 Appointing Clara Hilger as Interim Finance
Director/Treasurer.

RESOLUTION NO. 5573
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPOINTING CLARA HILGER AS
INTERIM FINANCE DIRECTOR/TREASURER
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council took action Wednesday,
June 6, 2001 which left the Finance Director/Treasurer position vacant; and
WHEREAS, the Council authorized the City Administrator to advertise and
fill the position; and
WHEREAS, the City Administrator is recommending that the City Council
appoint Clara Hilger serve as the interim Finance Director/Treasurer until such
time as the position is filled; and
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View will reimburse the City of Blaine at a
rate of $300.00 per day for each day Ms. Hilger works for the City of Mounds
View.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council of the City
Mounds View hereby appoint Clara Hilger to serve as the Interim Finance
Director/Treasurer until such time as the position is filled.
Adopted this 18th day of June, 2001.
