In compliance with Minnesota Statute 410.05, we are submitting to you our
Annual Report for 1986 as follows:

As of the Commission's last meeting date, December 23, 1986, no new
appointments were made, to the best of the commission's knowledge.

1. At the meeting of 12/23/86, the following officers were elected to
serve for a term of two (2) years:
