{ <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 404 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4 , SECTION 4. 02 OF THE HOME <br /> RULE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br /> SECTION I. The Mounds View Charter Commission met on <br /> December 19, 1985 and unanimously approved an <br /> amendment to the Home Rule Charter to comply with <br /> the provisions of Minnesota Law relating to the <br /> timelines for filing for candidacy for local office. <br /> SECTION II . Chapter 4, Section 4. 02 is amended to read <br /> as follows : <br /> Section 4. 02 Filing for Office. No earlier than <br /> feitp-twe fifty-six days nor later than twenty- <br /> e tht forty-two days before any municipal election, <br /> any resident of the city qualified under state law <br /> for elective office may by filing an affidavit and <br /> by paying a filing fee to the Clerk-Administrator in <br /> an amount as set by ordinance have his/her name <br /> placed on the municipal election ballot. <br /> SECTION III.
