Dear Jean:
Sue Hankner has advised me that you have been appointed
Acting Secretary for the Mounds View Charter Commission and
requested that I discuss with you the assistance Mounds View
City Staff would be able to provide you in fulfilling the
obligations of that position.
The Mounds View City Staff is prepared and committed to
assisting you in any way you deem appropriate and necessary.
Services could include typing of minutes, duplication and
mailing of copies of the minutes to all members of the
Commission and other interested parties and any other
secretarial services you might feel you need. Please feel
free to contact either myself or Administrative Secretary
Michele Severson to arrange for any secretarial support.
I would like to again emphasize, Jean, that the City Staff
is more than willing and able to assist you in any way that
we can.
