Dear Mr. Witzmann :
I was contacted in late June of this year by a
representative of the Ramsey County District Court,
Administrator ' s Office advising me that they had not
received a completed Oath form from you accepting your
appointment to the Mounds View Charter Commission.
This individual requested that I contact you to determine
whether or not you wish to accept appointment and if you do,
have you return the Oath form at the earliest possible
date. After leaving several phone messages on your
answering machine and not receiving a response,
Mr . Witzmann, I felt it appropriate and necessary to contact
you by letter .
It would be appreciated if you would advise me of your
status regarding appointment to the Mounds View Charter
Commission at the earliest possible date by calling me at my
office, 784-3055, or home, 784-0440. Your attention to this
matter would be greatly appreciated.
