Jerome Plunkett indicating that Virgil Beyer has been appointed a
member of the Charter Commission for the City of Mounds View for
a four-year term ending November of 1992 .

Re : Mounds View Charter Commission ORDER APPOINTING
The Mounds View City Council on March 6 , 1989, appointed one
John T. Olson to serve as a member of the Charter Commission for a
term expiring 1992. The Court has received a written communication
from Mr . Olson that he does not accept said appointment and declines
to serve.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT

be appointed as a member of the Charter Commission of the City of
Mounds View for a term of four years ending November , 1992. Such
appointment to be fully effective upon filing of the appropriate oath
in the office of the District Court Administrator for Ramsey County ,
Minnesota.
The District Court Administrator shall forthwith, mail to the
designee named herein notice of this appointment.
