Motion by Bill Werner to (add) and delete language in Section 4. 07 ,
Subd . 5 , Line 10, center, "However if the vacancy occurs (within 120
days of the regular municipal election) in the office of either/or
both of the two Council members whose terms are not up for election,
the-seat-will-he-filled-hy-the-eaedidate-€er-Geuneil- tether-with
the-third-and-feerth-hgh.est-vete-tetal-respeetively. (each seat
will be determined by being placed on the ballot at the regular
election, if possible or else by special election. )

Section 4. 06 Vacancy of Municipal Elected Office
Roger Stigney wants further discussion of the definition of
"vacancy" and will supply current state law.
Chapter 5
Rhonda Smieja wants clarification of the proper legal term to be :
used throughout this chapter. These terms are used at the present
time "people of Mounds View, " "registered voters , " "citizens of
the city, " "voters . "
