Call to Order - The meeting was called to order by Chair Julie Olsen at 7 :00 p.m. 11/0 Because November 11 is a legal holiday no motions can be made or votes taken. 2 . Roll Call - Present - J. Olsen, J. Miller, B. Werner, B. Laube, R. Stigney, S. Robinson, B. Doty, J. Thomas, R. Smieja, D. Wuori , M. Grommesh Absent - R. Marty, R. Oman, M. Malrick 3 . Approval of Minutes - because it is a legal holiday today. the minutes will be carried over until January. 7. New Business - Moved up by consensus . It is noted that a representative from the Pioneer Press is present. Chuck Whiting, City Clerk-Administrator, and Bob Long, City Attorney, are present to discuss with us questions regarding the Charter which. had been forwarded by the City Council . B. Long also discussed various ways that the Charter may be amended. 8 .
