Thomas • at 7: 05 p.m. at Mounds View City Hall . 2 . Roll Call - Present - J. Thomas , B. Doty ( 7: 30) , R . Stigney, J. Miller, M. Amirahmadi , D. Freimuth, D. Sach Le , M. Sandback, W. Werner , Sr. Absent - D. Braathen, D. Coughlin, B. Jahnke, D. McCarty, W. Mori , C . Schaefer 3 . Approval of agenda and minutes - Motion D. Freimuth, second M. Amirahmadi to approve the agenda as presented . UNANIMOUS APPROVAL In reviewing the minutes R. Stigney wants a change in item 6 -- change "be uncomfortable" to "feel unfairly accused" . Motion R. Stigney, second B. Werner to accept the minutes as corrected. UNANIMOUS APPROVAL 4. Citizens comments from the floor - none 5 . Reports of the Chair - J. Thomas has had conversations with Kathleen Miller regarding the quality of taping and broadcasting of Charter Commission meetings . 6. Reports of members - R. Stigney wants the public to know that D. Coughlin absolved him of III making racial comments . B. Doty, B. Werner, and M. Amirahmadi also wanted the public to know they had not made racial comments . 7. Unfinished business - B. Werner read a proposed attachment relating to Chapter 6 . 02 Sub. 3 relating to reports of department heads . Motion B. Werner, second B. Doty to send the proposed attachment to the City as an explanation of 6.02 . UNANIMOUS APPROVAL 5 minute recess Motion D. Freimuth, second M. Amirahmadi to table the amended attachment for time certain. D. Freimuth recinded the motion temporarily. Motion D. Freimuth, second M. Amirahmadi to table until the next meeting. UNANIMOUS APPROVAL Motion D. Le, second B. Werner to have a vote of consensus on the amended explanatory attachment that has been tabled until the next meeting. UNANIMOUS APPROVAL Motion D. Le, second B. Doty that the letter to the Mayor and City Council in response to their request regarding Chapter 6 .02 be tabled in its amended form until the next meeting. UNANIMOUS APPROVAL 9. Adjournment- Motion D.Le, Second B. Werner to adjourn at 9 : 21 and continue with the agenda at the next meeting.
