WHEREAS, Sharon L. Linke has resigned her position on the Mounds View
Charter Commission;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: that MATTHEW JON EENIGENBURG ,
5414 Jackson Drive,Mounds View,Minnesota be appointed as a member of the Mounds
View Charter Commission for a term to expire October 31, 2006 as a replacement
• member.
THE COURT ADMINISTRATOR of said District shall forthwith mail to MARY
AMIRAHMADI,BRADLEY JAHNKE,DUANE McCARTY,DANIEL SACH LE,
JONATHAN THOMAS,MICHELE SANDBACK,WILLARD DOTY,DANIEL
FREIMUITH,WILLIAM WERNER, SR.,DANA RAY MANDOZA and BRIAN
RALPH AMUNDSEN,members of said Commission,notice of this appointment. Such
appointment to be fully effective upon the filing of appropriate Oath in the office of the
Court Administrator of the District Court for Ramsey County,Minnesota.
