Mounds View Charter Commission Minutes
Meeting December 11, 2003
1. Call to order—The meeting was canceled by Chair J. Thomas after polling all
members and finding that a quorum was not attainable due to personal commitments
for many members. Chair J. Thomas notified all members prior to the meeting of the
lack of quorum and placed a meeting cancellation notice on meeting place prior to the
evening for any interested citizens.
