CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING ONE-TIME APPROPRIATION OF UP TO $9,800 FOR
CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT POSITION
WHEREAS, the administrative assistant position provides support to the City
Administrator; and
WHEREAS, this position has evolved to a part-time position with duties still being
finalized; and
WHEREAS, the estimate of 12 hours per week in the original funding resolution
has proved to insufficient to ensure completion of workload.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
approves an one-time additional allocation of up to $9,800 to enable continuous
employment of the administrative assistant thru the end of calendar year 2018.
