AN ORDINANCE
CONTINUING A FRANCHISE
FEE ON XCEL ENERGY
ELECTRIC AND NATURAL
GAS OPERATIONS WITHIN
THE CITY OF MOUNDS
On September 24, 2018, the
Mounds Mew City Council adopt-
ed an ordinance which continues
a 4% franchise fee on Xcel Energy
electric and natural gas operations
within the City of Mounds Mew for
the year 2019. This ordinance will
sunset on December 31, 2019.
A copy of Ordinance 949 is on
Tile and available for public viewing
at the office of the CityAdministra-
tor. The ordinance Is also posted
in its entirety on the City's website,
located at www.ci.mounds-view.
mn.us.
