CALL MEETING TO ORDER President Mueller called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL: President Mueller, Vice President Gunn, Commissioner Bergeron Commissioner Hull, Commissioner Meehlhause, Executive Director Zikmund, Business Development Coordinator Beeman, City Planner Sevald, and Finance Director Beer. ALSO PRESENT: Julie Schwartz, Lake State Realty Services, Inc. and Ethan Waytas, Nagell Appraisal, Inc. NOT PRESENT: None. 3. EDA BUSINESS A. CLOSED SESSION – CROSSROAD POINTE: Pursuant to Minnesota Statues Sections 13D.05, Subdivision 3(c) and 13.44, Subdivision 3, to Conduct a Closed EDA Meeting concerning Real Property located at addresses noted below to determine the asking price, to consider strategies and to develop or consider offers or counteroffers for the sale of such real property and to review confidential appraisal information for such real property. 2400 County Road H2 Mounds View, Minnesota PIN: 08.30.23.31.0005 2394 Mounds View Boulevard Mounds View, Minnesota PIN: 08.30.23.31.0071 2390 Mounds View Boulevard Mounds View, Minnesota PIN: 08.30.23.31.0072 Mounds View EDA August 13, 2018 Regular Meeting Page 2 President Mueller reported the EDA would be meeting in Closed Session pursuant to Minnesota Statues Sections 13D.05, Subdivision 3(c) and 13.44, Subdivision 3 to negotiate the sale of real property for Crossroad Pointe. B. OPEN SESSION: (To follow immediately after the Closed Session) 1. Crossroad Pointe a. General Discussion/Issues b. Other Matters President Mueller reconvened the meeting to order at 6:27 p.m. President Mueller asked for comments or questions from the EDA regarding Crossroad Pointe. There were no comments or questions at this time. 2. MWF/Boulevard a. Project and Closing Matters This item was postponed to the August 27, 2018 EDA meeting. 4. NEXT EDA MEETING: Monday, August 27, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. 5.
