Honorable Judge Gearin:
I’m sad to report that I find it necessary to resign my position on the Mounds View
Charter Commission. I have moved out of the city and am no longer eligible to
serve.
I’m grateful for the time I have had with the Commission and look forward to
serving in whatever circumstances might be called for in my new home.
