ORDER APPOINTING
COMMISSIONER
WHEREAS, there are vacaiies on the Mounds View Charter Commission for the term
which expires October 31, 2014 and notices of the vacancies were provided and applications
were received. Pursuant to Minnesota Statute § 410.05 subd.1-3, whereas an Order is required
for appointment for the term expiring October 31, 2018;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that WILLIARD DOTY, 3049 Bronson Drive, Mounds,
MN 55112 is appointed a member of the Mounds View Charter Commission for a term to expire
October 31, 2018;
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that:
THE COURT ADMINISTRATOR of the Second Judicial District shall immediately by
mail notify the members of the Mounds View Charter Commission notice of this appointment.
Additionally, the Court Administrator shall notify by mail the appointee of this Order and his
individual responsibility to file the Oath. Such appointment is to be fully effective upon the
filing of the appropriate Oath with the Court Administrator of the Second Judicial District Court
for Ramsey County, Minnesota.
