CHARTER COMMISSION COMMISSIONERS
WHEREAS, there are vacancies on the Mounds View Charter Commission due
to terms expiring on October 31, 2010 and the Court has considered applications from
residents of the City of Mounds View.
James Battin, 2332 Laport Drive, Mounds View, MN 55112
Willard Clarance Doty, 3049 Bronson Drive, Mounds View, MN 55112
be appointed as members of the Charter Commission for a four year term to expire October 31,
2014.
The Court Administrator of said District shall forthwith mail, to all members of
said Commission, notice of this appointment. Such appointments to be fully effective
upon the filing of the appropriate Oath in the office of the Court Administrator of the
District Court for Ramsey County, Minnesota.
