CHARTER COMMISSION COMMISSIONER
WHEREAS, there are vacancies on the Mounds View Charter Commission, the
Court has considered applications from residents of the City of Mounds View,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
JAMES L MILLER, 2701 County Road I, Apartment 124, Mounds View, MN
55 112 be appointed as a member of the Charter Commission for a term to expire October
31, 2014.
The Court Administrator of said District shall forthwith mail, to all members of
said Commission, notice of this appointment" Such appointments to be fully effective
upon the filing of the appropriate Oath in the office of the Court Administrator of the
District Court for Ramsey County, Minnesota.
