CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
PAYMENT NO. 11 APPROVAL FOR THE CITY HALL REHABILITATION
PROJECT
WHEREAS, Arkay Construction Companies has requested the
City's acceptance and final payment for the City Hall Rehabilitation Project; and
WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily completed in
accordance with the plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the original contract amount was $1,185,000.00, the
final contract cost is $1,325,304.95, and the final payment amount is $21,800.00;
and
WHEREAS, given that Change Order No. 37 has not been
approved $5,000 has been retained from the final amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
1. Authorizes Payment No. 11 in the amount of $16,800.00 to Arkay
Construction Companies.
2. Authorizes the Public Works Director to execute said payment request
document.
