CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO SIGN THE ADDENDUM TO
THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHWEST COOPERATIVE FOR
GROUP INSURANCE
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is a member of the Southwest Cooperative
joint powers group insurance pool; and
WHEREAS, the State Legislature has enacted changes that require an addendum
to the joint powers agreement to be compliant with state law; and
WHEREAS, the changes are beneficial to the City.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes the City
Administrator to sign the addendum on behalf of the City.
