STATE OF MINNESOTA
Resolution Approving an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for
Totino's Italian Kitchen
WHEREAS, Totino's Italian Kitchen is considering opening a restaurant
located at 2535 County Highway 10; and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved
by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, all necessary inspections for the establishment located at
2535 County Highway 10 will be done as soon as the establishment is finished with
construction; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Totino's Italian Kitchen, with
the condition that a satisfactory report from the Minnesota Department of Criminal
Apprehension and satisfactory report from the Fire Marshal is administered on the
establishment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council does hereby approve an On-sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Totino's Italian
Kitchen, under the condition that satisfactory reports are received from the Minnesota
Department of Criminal Apprehension and Mounds View Fire Marshal. The time period
for this license will be July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008.
