Commissioner Miller suggested Mr. Hailey and Mr. Tellers come back with the alternate plan:
Chair Stevenson suggested it be tabled.
Mr. Tellers asked how long this would delay the project. Chair Stevenson said it would only
delay it by two weeks. He would like to see a proposal that shows what they have talked about.
MOTION/SECOND: Commissioner Zwirn/Commissioner Miller, to table Resolution 848-06,
Consideration of a request for a Variance to Reduce the Front Building and Parking Setback at
Tyson Company Located at 4825 Mustang Circle, Planning Case VR206-006.
Ayes — 6 Nays — 0 Motion carried.
Chair Stevenson stated this would be tabled until the first meeting in August.

MOTION/SECOND: Commissioner Miller /Commissioner Hull, to adjourn the meeting.
There being no further business before the Planning Commission, Chair Stevenson adjourned the
meeting at 8:10 p.m.
