CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING A GARBAGE/RECYCLING HAULER LICENSE
FOR CURBSIDE WASTE, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View requires that all garbage/recycling haulers
be licensed to operate in the City; and
WHEREAS, Curbside Waste, Inc., has applied for a Garbage/Recycling
Hauler License to operate their business in the City; and
WHEREAS, Curbside Waste, Inc., has submitted the proper paperwork
and fees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Mounds View does hereby approve a Garbage/Recycling Hauler Business License
for Curbside Waste, Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this license shall expire June 30, 2019
at which time is must be renewed.
Adopted this 13th day of November, 2018.
