WHEREAS, The City of Mounds View has experienced unprece-
dented snow fall during October and November of 1991; and
WHEREAS, This snow fall has required the unusually large
amounts of overtime to be assigned to maintenance workers; and
WHEREAS, The budget for overtime in the Street Department is
not adequate to absorb the costs of these unusual amounts of
overtime;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE YT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mounds View to transfer necessary funds from the contin-
gency account no. 100-4120-910 to the street department as fal-
