CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING REAPPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS
FOR SCOTLAND GREEN APARTMENTS
WHEREAS, Scotland Green Apartments has made application to Ramsey
County to reapportion the individual property identification numbers (PIN) that comprise
Scotland Green Apartments into a single PIN; and,
WHEREAS, assessments have been applied to the individual PIN's within the
apartment complex for the H2 Street Improvement Project; and,
WHEREAS, Ramsey County requires City authorization to reapportion the individual
assessments into the new PIN; and
WHEREAS, City authorization does not reduce or invalidate the prior assessments;
and,
WHEREAS, the reduction in the number of PIN's will improve efficiency for the City
and Ramsey County when dealing with Scotland Green Apartments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
authorizes Ramsey County to reapportion the assessments in the attached list to the new
PIN 07.30.23.14.0588.
