AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
CHAPTER 700 OF THE
MOUNDS VIEW CITY
CODE, POLICE
On November 26, 2018, the City
Council adopted Ordinance 953
that amends Title 700, Chapters
701 and 702 of the Mounds View
City Code. The purpose of the
amendments was to modify certain
city police regulations, remove out-
dated code language and unneces-
sary references and provisions that
are regulated by state statute, and
update the code to conform to cur-
rent practices.
A printed copy of the ordinance
is available for inspection during
regular business hours at Mounds
view City Hall and is available on
line at the City's website located at
www.moundsviewmn.crg.
