ORDINANCE NO. 952
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
CHAPTER 600 OF THE
MOUNDS VIEW CITY
CODE, PUBLIC HEALTH
On November 26, 2018, the
City Council adopted Ordinance
952 that amends Title 600, Chap-
ters 601, 602, 603, 606, and 607 of
the Mounds View City Code. The
purpose of the amendment was
to modify certain city public health
and safety regulations, remove
outdated code language, clarify
certain regulations, and update the
code to conform to current prac-
tices. The Ordinance also incor-
porates new provisions regarding
maintenance -related fire service
charges.
A printed copy of the ordinance
Is available for Inspection during
regular business hours at Mounds
View City Hall and is available on
line at the City's web site located at
www.moundsviewmn.org.
