HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 9065RESOLUTION NO. 9065 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION ADOPTING POLICE DEPARTMENT POLICIES WHEREAS, the Mounds View Police Department (the "Department") has operated under certain policies that have been developed and instituted by the Department over time; and WHEREAS, Department Chief Nate Harder has assembled said policies into one formal document entitled Mounds View Police Department Policy and Procedure Manual (the "Policy Manual'); and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Policy Manual and finds the policies contained therein and described on the policy list attached hereto as Exhibit A to be appropriate and acceptable. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the above -referenced recitals are incorporated into this Resolution. NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council approves and adopts all policies set forth in the Mounds View Police Department Policy and Procedure Manual, as presented to the City Council on this date and described on list attached hereto as Exhibit A, and directs Department staff to continue implementing and adhering to said policies.
