CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AUTHORIZING KERRIE KANE TO ATTEND THE INCODE CONFERENCE
WHEREAS, the City receives benefits when staff attend educational and
training conferences; and
WHEREAS, City policy requires City Council authorization for out-of-state
travel; and
WHEREAS, the City recently promoted Kerrie Kane to the position of Utility
Billing/Accounts Payable Technician; and
WHEREAS, this conference will provide in-depth training in utility billing and
accounts payables; and
WHEREAS, this training and travel has been budgeted for in the water and
sanitary sewer funds with an estimated cost of $2,500.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View that Kerrie Kane is authorized to attend the INCODE Conference in
Dallas, Texas on April 8-10.
