COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING BENEFIT ADJUSTMENTS TO
AGNES QUASABART AND DON PETERSON
WHEREAS, the City Council recently adopted their strategic plan which includes
prioritizing our human resources with employee retention a key component; and,
WHEREAS, Agnes Quasabart and Don Peterson have demonstrated exceptional
levels of service and commitment; and,
WHEREAS, benefit compensation is a critical component of employee retention.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mounds View City Council
approves awarding an additional week of vacation to Agnes Quasabart's vacation
schedule and restoring Don Peterson's Flex Time and Vacation Balance carryover from
2018 to 2019 thereby providing an additional year to utilize those accumulations.
Adopted this 11th day of February, 2019.
