1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
President Mueller called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: President Mueller, Vice President Gunn, Commissioner Bergeron
Commissioner Hull, Commissioner Meehlhause, Assistant City Administrator Beeman
and Finance Director Beer (arrived at 6:17 p.m.).
NOT PRESENT: None.
3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Hull. To Approve the January 28, 2019, Agenda as presented.
Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
4. CONSENT AGENDA
A. December 10, 2018, EDA Minutes.
B. December 27, 2018, EDA Minutes.
C. January 7, 2019, EDA Minutes.
MOTION/SECOND: Hull/Meehlhause. To Approve the Consent Agenda as presented.
Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
5. PUBLIC INPUT
None.
6. EDA BUSINESS
A. Confirm EDC Chair and Vice Chair Appointments.
Assistant City Administrator Beeman requested the EDA confirm the EDC Chair and Vice Chair
Mounds View EDA January 28, 2019
Regular Meeting Page 2
Appointments. He explained Dennis Farmer has been recommended for the EDC Chair and
Jason Helgemoe has been selected as the Vice Chair. He reported the EDC had an open position
for a business representative at this time after the recent resignation of Ken Breske.
MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Gunn. To Confirm the EDC Chair and Vice Chair
Appointments.
Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
7. REPORTS
None.
8. NEXT EDA MEETING: Monday, February 11, 2019 at 6:00 p.m.
9. ADJOURNMENT
President Mueller adjourned the meeting at 6:22 p.m.
