STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 7153 APPOINTING JIM ERICSON AS
INTERIM CITY ADMINISTRATOR BY INCORPORATING A NEW CLAUSE
CONSENTING TO AN EXEMPTION OF VACATION CARRY-OVER REGULATIONS
WHEREAS, City Administrator Kurt Ulrich resigned effective September 13, 2007.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mounds View City Council
names Jim Ericson as Interim City Administrator starting September 14, 2007 and
continuing until a new City Administrator is appointed;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Council consents
to an exemption from maximum vacation carry-over provisions for years 2008 and 2009.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED THAT Jim Ericson will be
compensated at 115% of his current rate of pay for service performed during the interim
effective September 14, 2007.
