STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING A TRANSFER OF BUSINESS LICENSE OWNERSHIP
FROM KHALID AHMED TO MICHAEL MELBERG AND JEFF SCHWINGHAMMER
FOR THE MOUNDS VIEW BP LOCATED AT 2155 COUNTY ROAD 10
WHEREAS, Khalid Ahmed requests a transfer of ownership for their Gasoline
and Tobacco License to Michael Melberg and Jeff Schwinghammer for the Mounds
View BP located at 2155 County Road 10 in Mounds View; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Melberg and Mr. Schwinghammer have submitted all
appropriate applications materials, fees and the establishment passed a fire inspection
as required under the Mounds View City Code; and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses licenses must be approved by
the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
does hereby approve a gasoline and tobacco license for Michael Melberg and Jeff
Schwinghammer of Mounds View BP, located at 2155 County Road 10.
NOW, FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the term of these licenses will start on
January 15, 2008 and expire on June 30, 2008.
Adopted this 14t" day of January, 2008.
