Home My WebLink AboutOrdinance 800ORDINANCE NO. 800 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MOUNDS VIEW CITY CHARTER BY AMENDING SECTION 12.13 OF THE CITY CHARTER THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Mounds View, pursuant to the recommendation of the City of Mounds View Charter Commission, has hereby determined that Section 12.13, of the City Charter be amended by the addition of the bold and underlined language and by the deletion of the h^',~ ~+n~ ~4ri,.Len language as follows: CHAPTER 12 MISCELLANEOUS AND TRANSITORY PROVISIONS Section 12.13. A newsletter shall be published by the City at regular intervals at least ~~, four 4 times each year. The City of Mounds View may use several delivery methods if necessary to deliver the newsletter to at least each non-commercial postal delivery address within the City of Mounds View unless the resident has requested not to receive the city newsletter. If practicable, a copy of the newsletter shall be posted on the city website. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect ninety days after the date of its publication.
