CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
ACCEPTING THE RANDOM PARK BUILDING REPLACEMENT PROJECT
AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT
WHEREAS, Jay Bros., Incorporated has requested the City's
acceptance and final payment for the Random Park Building Replacement
Project; and
WHEREAS, ail work has been satisfactorily completed in
accordance with the plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the original contract amount was $244,647.75, the
actual final construction cost is $287,954.04, and the final payment amount is
$2,879.54.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
1. Accepts the Random Park Building Replacement Project.
2. Authorizes final payment in the amount of $2,879.54 to Jay Bros.,
Incorporated.
Adopted this 28th day of January 2008.
