APPROVING TRANSFERS BETWEEN FUNDS FOR THE YEAR 2007
WHEREAS, the City has adopted budgets for various funds for 2007 that included inter-
fund transfers for various purposes; and
WHEREAS, it is possible to reduce the transfer from the Special Projects fund due to
positive 2007 financial results; and
WHEREAS, the Community Center Fund has experienced challenging financial
conditions and needs an increased transfer from .the General Fund to avoid using limited
reserves; and
WHEREAS, some equipment in the Storm Water and Sewer funds was not purchased;
and
WHEREAS, some activities and projects budgeted for in the Economic Development
Authority Fund did not occur thus eliminating the need to make the full transfers.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View
that the following transfers for the calendar year 2007 are hereby approved in the amounts listed
in the Actual column:

BE IT FURTFIER RESOLVED that the 2007 budget for the General Fund be amended to
increase Transfers to the Community Center Fund by $33,000.
