CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF THREE COPY MACHINES FROM RICOH
WHEREAS, the City received proposals from seven vendors for the
purchase or lease of three new copier machines for use by the Administration,
Finance, and Police Departments; and
WHEREAS, Ricoh Corporation submitted the lowest cost proposal;
and
WHEREAS, the City will receive greater benefit and cost savings by
purchasing the machines.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Mounds View that staff is authorized to purchase three replacement copiers
as specified in the proposal by Ricoh Corporation at 25,438.28 plus tax.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to sign the maintenance
agreement for all three copiers at the rate of $662.40 per quarter and overage
charge of $0.0067 per copy for black and white and .06 per copy for color.
