CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPOINTING GARY STEVENSON AS CHAIRPERSON AND JEAN MILLER AS
VICE-CHAIRPERSON OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission consists of members
appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the majority of the City Council; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission shall conduct an election each year
in order to make its recommendation for the Chairperson and Vice-Person positions;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made a motion recommending the
appointment of Gary Stevenson as Chairperson and Jean Miller as Vice-Chairperson of
the Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
The Mayor and the City Councii do hereby approve Gary Stevenson to serve as
Chairperson and Jean Miller as Vice-Chairperson of the Planning Commission.
Adopted this 25th day of February 2008.
