CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A ZERO DOLLAR PERMIT FOR THE TRUNK
HIGHWAY 10 NOISE WALL PROJECT
WHEREAS, A Zero Dollar Permit to Construct has been submitted to the
City by MN/DOT for the construction of the Trunk Highway Noise Wall in the
Ardan Park Area; and
WHEREAS, MN/DOT is seeking execution of said permit to ensure that
they can proceed with the project as planned; and
WHEREAS, the execution of said permit does not require the City to
surrender possession of real property without just compensation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
1. Authorizes the execution of a Zero Dollar Permit to Mn/DOT for the
construction of a noise wall along Trunk Highway 10 in the Ardan Park
area.
2. Direct Staff to continue negotiations with MN/DOT regarding the
dedication of approximately 0.275 acres of Ardan Park to MN/DOT.
Adopted this 10th day of March 2000.
