CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
ACCEPTING THE MEDTRONIC UTILITY EXTENSION PROJECT AND
AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT
WHEREAS, Dave Perkins Contracting, Incorporated has requested
the City's acceptance and final payment for the Medtronic Utility Extension
Project; and
WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily completed in
accordance with the plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the original contract amount was $444,509.00, the
actual final construction cost is $434,729.05, and the final payment amount is
$2,960.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
1. Accepts the Medtronic Utility Extension Project.
2. Authorizes final payment in the amount of $2,960.00 to Dave Perkins
Contracting, Incorporated.
Adopted this 10t" day of March 2008.
