CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
ACCEPTING THE SILVER LAKE ROAD SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT
WHEREAS, Ti-Zack Concrete, Incorporated has requested the
City's acceptance and final payment for the Silver Lake Road Sidewalk
Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily completed in
accordance with the plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the original contract amount was $459,277.50, the
actual final construction cost is $474,027.70, and the final payment amount is
$9,480.55.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
1. Accepts the Silver Lake Road Sidewalk Improvement Project.
2. Authorizes final payment in the amount of $9,480.55 to Ti-Zack Concrete,
Incorporated.
Adopted this 10th day of March 2008.
