CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AUTHORIZING ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMPLETION OF THE
SPRING CREEK REGIONAL WATER QUALITY POND REPORT
WHEREAS, On May 24, 2004 the City Council authorized the preparation
of a preliminary feasibility report for the Spring Creek Regional Water quality
Pond Project; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that this report be completed to address storm
water issues associated with the proposed 2010 Street and Utility Improvement
Project as well as the previously constructed 2003 Street improvement Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View, does hereby authorize activities associated with the completion of
the Spring Creek Regional Water Quality Pond Report.
Adopted this 10~h day of March 2006.
