CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE FOR A
NON-LINEAR EDITING SYSTEM FOR THE CABLE ROOM
WHEREAS, the purchase of anon-linear editing system will support the city's goal
of better communications with residents; and
WHEREAS, the City received proposals from seven vendors for the purchase of a
non-linear editing system for the cable room; and
WHEREAS, the Apple Computer Government Store submitted the lowest cost
proposal for the Mac Pro computer system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Mounds
View that staff is authorized to purchase anon-linear editing system as specified in the
proposal by the Apple Government Store at $6082.43.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that staff is authorized to purchase additional
memory and hard drives from other vendors in an amount not to exceed $1500.00
