CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
ACCEPTING THE 2007 STREET MAINTENANCE PROJECT (SEAL COAT
PROJECT) AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT
WHEREAS, Pearson Bros, incorporated has requested the City's
acceptance and final payment for the 2007 Street Maintenance Project; and
WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily completed in accordance with
the plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the original contract amount was $219,682.50, the final
construction cost is $200,272.50, and the final payment amount is $11,526.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
1. Accepts the 2007 Street Maintenance Project (Seal Coat Project).
2. Authorizes final payment in the amount of $11,526.50 to Pearson Bros,
Incorporated.
