CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE STREETS AND UTILITIES COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the On February 11, 2008, the City Council approved
Resolution 7223 establishing a Streets and Utilities Committee; and
WHEREAS, the overall charge of the Committee is to ensure that the
Street and Utility Improvement Program is implemented as adopted and to
advise and provide recommendations to the City Council on design and financing
issues encountered; and
WHEREAS, a total of eleven (11) applications for the Streets and Utilities
Committee were received by the 4:30pm, March 14, 2008 deadline.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
1. The Mayor and the City Council do hereby approve the following Mounds
View residents to serve on the Streets and Utilities Committee:

Faith Rynders
Russell Warren
James Kavanaugh
Valerie Amundsen
William Urbanski
Jim Baffin
Robert Glazer
2. Seats on the Streets and Utilities Committee .shall have the following term
expiration dates:

Seat 1 (Valerie Amundsen)
Seat 2 (Jim Battin)
Seat 3 (Bob Glazer)
Seat 4 (Faith Rynders)
Seat 5 (William Urbanski)
Seat 6 (James Kavanaugh)
Seat 7 (Russ Warren)

3. Committee seat assignments will be made by the Staff liaison at the first
meeting.
Adopted this 24th day of March 2008.
