CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDITIONAL INTERIM COMPENSATION FOR
STEVE DAZENSKI, PARKS SUPERVISOR
WHEREAS, the Public Work Supervisor resigned in December, 2006; and
WHEREAS, upon the resignation of the Public Works Supervisor, the Parks
Supervisor began to assume additional responsibilities; and,
WHEREAS, the distribution of these additional responsibilities is not clearly
addressed via previous resolutions adopted which establish interim compensation
guidelines; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has expressed a desire to recognize Steve
Dazenski, Parks Supervisor, in taking on additional responsibilities with interim
compensation until such time that the Public Works Supervisor position is addressed by
the new incoming Public Works Director and the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mounds View City Council
does hereby authorize additional compensation to Steve Dazenski, Parks Supervisor, at
a rate of five percent (5%) above his regular rate of pay effective April 7, 2008.
