Approving Part-Time Cable TV Technician and Advertisement for Hire
WHEREAS, due to the resignation of the former Cable TV Technician, the City has a
need to fill apart- time, non-exempt, non-union Cable TV Technician position; and
WHEREAS, the Cable TV Technician would assist the Cable TV Coordinator in city
communications to include assistance in cable television support and related duties as defined in
the position description.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Mounds View
authorizes staff to prepare and post an advertisement for apart-time, non-exempt, non-union
position of "Cable TV Technician" within the Administration Department, with specific
authorization of an individual for hire to be brought back to the Council for approval.
Adopted this 9th day of June, 2008.
